Having Issues on our Telegram Streams?

📲 Troubleshooting Telegram Stream Issues

We aim to provide the highest quality match day content via Telegram.
However, some users occasionally experience issues such as:

  • 🔇 No sound or audio problems

  • 📺 Glitches, buffering, freezing, or choppy playback

  • ❌ Stream not loading at all

In most cases, these problems are not caused by the stream itself but are due to issues on the user’s device, connection, or app setup.
Please follow the advice below before reaching out for support.

🔷 Common Causes & Solutions

1️⃣ 📱 Keep Telegram Updated

Ensure you are using the latest version of the Telegram app.
Outdated apps often cause glitches or missing features.
✅ Visit the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android) and check for updates.
✅ If on a PC or Mac, download the latest version here:
https://desktop.telegram.org

2️⃣ 🌐 Check Your Internet Connection

A stable and fast connection is critical for smooth streaming.
✅ Use Wi-Fi if possible — mobile data can sometimes be too slow or inconsistent.
✅ Ensure your signal is strong and you’re close to the router.
✅ Avoid streaming while others in your household are heavily using the connection (gaming, downloads, etc.).
✅ If your internet is slow, try restarting your router or switching to a different network.

3️⃣ 🔊 No Sound?

If the video plays but there is no sound:
✅ Check that your phone or tablet isn’t muted or on “Do Not Disturb.”
✅ Ensure your media volume (not just ringtone) is turned up.
✅ If using headphones or speakers, test them with other apps to confirm they work.
✅ Try disconnecting and reconnecting any Bluetooth devices.

4️⃣ 🔁 Restart the App

Sometimes apps can get stuck or encounter errors.
✅ Fully close Telegram (not just minimize) and restart it.
✅ If that doesn’t work, reboot your device.

5️⃣ 📲 Reinstall Telegram

If problems persist:
✅ Delete and reinstall the Telegram app — this can fix corrupted files or settings.
✅ Make sure you know your login details before doing this.

6️⃣ 🚫 Other Apps & Notifications

✅ Close other apps running in the background — especially if they use the internet or play audio.
✅ Disable battery-saving or data-saving modes, which can interfere with streaming.

🔷 Other Tips

  • 📱 Keep your device’s operating system (iOS, Android, Windows) up to date.

  • 🕒 Join the stream a few minutes early so you can check everything is working.

  • 🔷 If many users are experiencing issues at the same time, the problem may be on Telegram’s side — in that case, patience is required while they resolve it.

🔷 Still Having Issues?

If you’ve tried all of the above and still experience problems, please:
✅ Take note of exactly what’s happening (e.g., “video plays but no sound,” “buffering every 10 seconds”).
✅ Test on a different device or network if possible — this helps pinpoint the cause.
✅ Then contact our team through the official support page:

We’ll be happy to help further once you’ve confirmed you’ve checked everything above.
